India's Adani Green said it has appointed independent law firms to review the U.S. indictment of founder Gautam Adani and top Adani Green executives for paying $265 million in bribes for power contracts.

This was disclosed by group firm Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) in its notes to accounts as part of the results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024, which was announced on Thursday

These law firms are the Chicago-based Kirkland & Ellis and Los Angeles-based Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP which specialises on business litigations: Adani Group
