Arsenal reached an agreement with Crystal Palace to sign Eberechi Eze for over £60 million, reports transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.The Gunners overtook local rivals Tottenham Hotspur, who were in advanced negotiations to sign the attacking midfielder.
