$167.3 million winning Powerball ticket claimed by Georgetown mother and son
Linda Grizzle is splitting a $167.3 million winnings with her son, Shannon Farthing, both of Georgetown. Farthing bought a $2 Powerball ticket for last Saturday night’s drawing. Mother and son came to the Kentucky Lottery on Monday to present the winning ticket purchased at Clark’s Pump N Shop at 480 Connector Road.

In a news release, the Kentucky Lottery said Linda Grizzle and her son, Shannon Farthing, will share the jackpot, after he purchased the $2 winning ticket for Saturday's Powerball drawing. It's the largest prize ever awarded in Kentucky.
