Police say a sixth person has died as a result of a massive explosion of illegal fireworks over New Year’s in Honolulu

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The New Year’s fireworks explosion in Aliamanu has claimed a sixth life. Honolulu police confirmed a 30-year-old woman died just before 6 a.m. Wednesday at a local hospital. She has not been identified.
