A fundraiser launched this week seeks to support the family of a Lake Havasu City physical therapist killed in a hyperbaric chamber fire.

A man died in a flash fire inside a hyperbaric chamber in Lake Havasu City, with ongoing investigations to determine the cause.

Walter Foxcroft, 43, was killed just before 11 p.m. on July 9 at a facility near Mesquite Avenue and Civic Center Lane, officials said.
