Since debuting for the Maple Leafs in the 2016-17 season, Marner has scored 221 goals and 741 points in 657 games, averaging 20:03 of ice time per night.

On Tuesday morning, the Leafs announced Marner was traded to Vegas in exchange for Nicolas Roy. As part of the sign-and-trade deal, Marner signed an eight-year extension with an AAV of $12 million.
