UPDATE No. 2, SATURDAY, Feb. 8: Pacific Coast Highway remains closed south of Malibu by debris flow from the week's storms, with another stronger storm system expected in coming days.

Lakeside Industries will close Todd Road and Old Pacific Highway South in Kalama starting at 8 p.m. Thursday to replane and resurface the roadway.
