The annual Rockets Over the Red Fireworks Festival is making its return to Riverview Park in downtown Shreveport and the Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets in Bossier City on Saturday, November 26.

The hub of activity for the Freedom Festival will be at Riverview Park in downtown Shreveport, where celebrations will begin at 6 p.m., presented by the Shreveport Regional Arts Council.
