A new meme called “Blasting Fetty Wap on the JBL Speaker” has been going viral on TikTok. Accordingly, fans have become interested in learning what the meme is and how it originated.

The memes began on Oct. 12 after House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) had been nominated for speaker in conference the day prior but a floor vote hadn’t been scheduled.
