Laurel makes it clear she thinks the wedding is a mistake, and she won't attend. This makes Belly really upset, so she runs away with Jeremiah to Cousins Beach ( filmed in the Wilmington area ). Belly and Jeremiah wake up the next morning to find Conrad in the beach house.
