Sam Konstas has landed in Brisbane as part of Australia’s grand plan to have him front and centre in the same city during the Ashes next summer.

Cricket NSW supports the national selection panel's decision to send Sam Konstas home early from Australia's tour of Sri Lanka.

Sam Konstas, the young Australian batter, is leaving the Sri Lanka tour to join New South Wales for their Sheffield Shield match against Queensland. At 19, he gained recognition last December for his performance against India's pace attack.
