Meijer is bringing some big changes to how its mPerks digital coupon and reward program works. Customers will earn points for every dollar spent and every qualifying prescription they fill.

A 22-year-old Grand Haven man has pleaded guilty to conducting a criminal enterprise in connection with the theft and sale of account access to Meijer “mPerks” accounts.

Meijer was alerted in spring 2023, as Meijer mPerks users saw their points vanish, the AG’s office said. The grocery chain has since reinstated customer points, resulting in the corporate loss.
