The Maine State Police's two-week manhunt finally came to an end with a 17-year-old in custody, accused of killing 48-year-old Sunshine Stewart.
The boys' mother, who reportedly lost another young son in a canoe accident years earlier, was also hit while pushing their stroller and was seriously injured.
An arrest has been made in the murder of Sunshine Stewart, a paddleboarder who went missing in Maine earlier this month.
To pay for the proposal, CMP says it would need to increase annual revenue by $400 million to $450 million by the end of the five-year plan. The plan would also lead to increased costs in distribution rates for customers.
