Grading a mock trade proposal where the Portland Trail Blazers send Jerami Grant to a surprising Eastern Conference team.

Portland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant, who missed nine games with a face contusion, returned during Saturday night’s 125-103 loss to the Houston Rockets at the Moda Center. Grant started and played just under 25 minutes, finishing with seven points on 2-of-7 shooting with four rebounds and three turnovers.

The Milwaukee Bucks are continuing to discuss possible deals ahead of February’s NBA trade deadline, and a few more names have been added to the team’s ‘players to watch’ list. According to Clutch Points Brett Siegel,

"Jerami Grant and Toumani Camara. Jerami Grant is someone that the Lakers have had eyes on for years now and in this deal, Lakers get Grant and Camara. And the Blazers get Hachimura, Gabe Vincent, Jarred Vanderbilt, and a 2029 first-round pick."

Damian Lillard got a warm welcome when the Milwaukee Bucks visited the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night.

Grant won't return to Tuesday's game against the Bucks due to a right ankle injury. Grant appeared to injure his ankle in the first half, though he started the second half before taking a seat with 10:04 remaining in the third quarter.
