Baltimore marked another month in which fewer people were killed or shot than in years past. So far this year, the city has recorded 84 homicides, which is down more than 24% over this time last year.

According to a statement from Mayor Scott’s team, the new office is intended to benefit both residents and businesses. But some city residents aren’t convinced.
