The Boring Company, yet another of Elon Musk’s companies, has been hired to dig car tunnels underneath Nashville. The State of Tennessee is looking for innovative ways to facilitate transportation and decided to give the revolutionary concept a whirl.

Both conservative and liberal voters are less likely to purchase an EV because of the association with Elon Musk.

Liberals backed electric cars for decades, then Elon happened and they bailed. Conservatives still think Teslas are liberal toys even after Musk’s MAGA cosplay. Some believed that Elon Musk’s alignment with former President Donald Trump and the broader MAGA movement might encourage traditional conservatives to embrace electric vehicles.
