A man who was allegedly caught naked inside the Minnesota State Capitol on Friday propped open an exterior door hours before he entered the building after hours, charging documents say.

A man who was found naked inside the Minnesota State Capitol late Friday night used a wooden wedge to prop a door open and gain access after hours, new charging documents state.

An email to legislators said the man was found naked in the Senate chamber and had “apparent mental health concerns” but was not threatening. Legislative leaders expressed concern.
