The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has launched biometric scanning lanes at 15 more airports in the United States. The service is considered a quicker version of PreCheck and utilizes enhanced facial recognition technology for faster, more efficient identity verification.

Voting is underway for the Transportation Security Administration's 2025 Cutest Canine Contest, and Chica is among the four finalists. Chia, a 3-year-old German wirehaired pointer, is competing against Alex, a Labrador from the Denver International Airport, in Round 2 of voting.
