According to footage obtained by TMZ, Perry and Trudeau, 53, appeared engaged in conversation at Le Violon, a high-end Montreal restaurant, on Monday, July 28. After their meal, witnesses said the pair visited the kitchen to personally thank chef Danny Smiles and his staff.
