The Minnesota Wild have traded Sammy Walker to the Utah Hockey Club in exchange for Future Considerations. When the Wild signed Sammy Walker after his senior season at the University of Minnesota, it looked like they had signed a solid guy to bounce up and down from the AHL and NHL.

The 25-year-old forward has tallied one goal, one assist, and three points in 13 career NHL games from 2022-24 and most recently made four appearances with the Wild last season.
