Residents in New Jersey were concerned last year over the large amount of mysterious drones that flew above their homes, sparking conspiracy theories about the source.
New Jersey and Delaware join New York, California, Illinois, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts for a planned lawsuit. Pennsylvania hasn't decided to join.
The White House claims that the objects seen in the skies over New Jersey in late 2024 were drones authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration.
