HUDSON — The Hudson Correctional Facility has dodged the threat of closure once again and this time it may have come closer to the chopping block then ever before.

ALBANY — The state of New York announced the closing of the Hudson Correctional Facility, along with three minimum security camps on Friday. All four facilities are scheduled to close January 2009.
