A judge has overturned Charlottesville's citywide rezoning ordinance after the lawyers representing the city missed a filing deadline.

VALPARAISO — Retired Porter County Superior Court Judge Roger Bradford, who was among the longest serving judges in the state when he ended his service in 2020, died Sunday, his family confirmed.
