Ex-Fox Sports anchor and reporter Julie Stewart-Binks has filed a lawsuit, alleging executive Charlie Dixon sexually assaulted her in 2016.

Fox Sports executive vice president Charlie Dixon, a co-defendant in two lawsuits filed last month in which he was accused of sexual battery, has been placed on administrative leave, sources briefed on the matter told The Athletic.

In the lawsuit, the anchor claims she was assaulted on a balcony outside of a hotel room in 2016, after the two met to discuss plans for an upcoming show.
