Not everyone is going back to school in August or September, but anyone can use this time of year to get a fresh start on fitness.

Fresh Start status is applicable only to associate and baccalaureate degrees and may be granted only one time. Following re-enrollment, students opting for Fresh Start must complete at Miami a minimum of 50 percent of the total hours required for their undergraduate degree program with Miami undergraduate coursework; gradaute course hours cannot be applied toward this minimum.
