While fans are still afraid that Grand Theft Auto 6, possibly the most anticipated new game release ever, might suffer a last minute delay, Take-Two continues to stand by its current fall 2025 launch window.

Take-Two Interactive also previously confirmed an Xbox Series X|S release for 'Fall 2025' in May of last year. Reporting its third quarter ending December 31, 2024 financial results, the Rockstar owner listed GTA 6 for fall 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. It means that for now at least, GTA 6 is still on track for its previously announced release window and has not been delayed.
