CLEVELAND — Jurickson Profar hit a go-ahead, two-run homer in the sixth inning, and the Atlanta Braves won their season-best fifth straight game, rallying past the Cleveland Guardians 5-4 on Sunday to complete a three-game sweep.

Michael Harris II homered and doubled, Nacho Alvarez Jr. and Nick Allen each had three hits, and the Atlanta Braves beat the Cleveland Guardians 10-1 on Saturday night

Profar’s two-run homer off Nic Enright in the sixth inning was enough to beat the Guardians, 5-4, and complete a three-game sweep of the home team. The Guardians, who were one of baeball’s hottest teams a minute ago, have lost five of their last seven games.

After being swept by the Braves in a three-game series that saw the Guardians score just five total runs, Cleveland now sits 3 games back of the final Wild Card spot, and the Kansas City Royals are now hot on their heels.

The Cleveland Guardians have recalled left-hander Tim Herrin and optioned lefty Joey Cantillo to Triple-A Columbus. Cleveland made the moves on Sunday.
