4 people, including 2 children, found dead from gunshot wounds in New Hampshire home: Police
Four members of a family, including two children, were found dead in a New Hampshire home and police are investigating the incident as a possible murder-suicide, authorities said.
Autopsies revealed that 34-year-old Emily Long fatally shot 48-year-old Ryan Long and the couple’s two children—8-year-old Parker and 6-year-old Ryan—before turning the gun on herself, New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said Wednesday in a press release.
A vigil is planned in Madbury on Thursday evening for community members to gather in support of each other after this week's murder-suicide.
Authorities believe Emily Long killed her husband and their two young children before shooting herself on Monday evening. A third child, a toddler, was unharmed.
There is no known threat to the general public at this time,” New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said.
