A statement from star/EP Lyonne and creator Johnson teases “twelve killer episodes” in Season 2, filled with minor league baseball, big box retail, funeral homes, alligator farms and a grade school talent show.

“Poker Face” is created by Rian Johnson, who also writes, directs, and executive produces the series. Johnson and Lyonne said in a press statement that Season 2 further incorporates the ’70s aesthetic, namely drawing on odes to auteurs Robert Altman, Bob Rafelson, and Peter Bogdanovich.
