Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps and legendary Ravens' linebacker Ray Lewis stopped by to give the team motivation speeches ahead of the 2025 campaign. Phelps discussed doing the "small things" when preparing and talked about some of his experiences in the Olympics. Lewis gave a fiery speech about the mentality needed to win a championship.
