The two teams will face off May 30 (5 p.m. CT, SEC Network). The other teams in the regional are No. 2 seed Louisville (35-21) and No. 3 seed East Tennessee State (41-15).

The result in Nashville marks a particularly bitter end for a Vanderbilt team that had surged late to claim the SEC Tournament title and entered the field as the No. 1 overall seed.

The SEC Tournament will be held March 11-15, 2026, at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Times, dates and television information will be announced at a later date.
