A Batavia Township family is now grieving after a 4-year-old was killed. UPS confirmed one of its drivers was involved in the 'tragic accident' Monday afternoon.

A 4-year-old boy in Ohio was struck and killed by a UPS truck while he was riding in a wagon, according to authorities.

The child sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken by air ambulance to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

According to a press release, the Batavia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol states that the crash occurred right before 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
