May 5, 2022 · Just an FYI after having to do a few resets myself. There are 3 types of reset (that I know of). This is from Rivian support and might be helpful to others in the future. Sleep Reset Rivian must be unplugged from charger, nothing plugged into any USB ports, Inverter off, all seatbelts unbuckled, no one in the vehicle.

Dec 26, 2024 · All my other vehicles have Michelins including the ltx AT which isn't available for Rivian and even those are smooth to 100mph. The other cars have pilots. LTX MS, Defender or Platinum should be on your list. Another on mine to consider is the continental terrain contact AT as a moderate off road tire for occasional adventure.

Jan 16, 2024 · Rivian’s trip planner recommended a stop at a Lodi station, 30 miles further instead. This advice turned out to be better; I reached Kirkwood with only about 70 miles of range left, instead of the preferable 100 miles (70 miles to Lodi, rest to accommodate delays, loss of charge when parked, decreased range in cold, detours/emergency, etc).

If tire chains are a requirement in the winter, and are not compatible with AT 20s, then don't drive on the OEM 20" tires in those conditions. Just because the truck comes with those tires as an option does not mean that they can be used in all situations.
